He was predeceased by: his father Charles C. Hoffman. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Jurek Larson; his stepfather Michael T. Larson, Sr.; his daughter Isabella; his half-sister Jennifer Fine of Raleigh, NC; his stepsiblings, Christina L. High (Bryan) of Charlotte, NC, Samantha L. McHale (Rich) of Wayne, NJ, Michael T. Larson of Snead's Ferry, NC and Joseph P. Larson (Michelle) of Durham, NC.; his uncle David Jurek (Lane); and his aunt Beth Jurek of Frankfort. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rogers Funeral Home (507 W 2nd St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
