He is survived by: his girlfriend Amanda Chicarelli; his daughter Lauren Thomas (Nick); his siblings, Kevin Hubbard and Brittany Casado (Jose); his nieces and nephews, John, Austin, Andrew, Neva and Aubrey; and his pets, Dolly Parton and Judge Judy.
