He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas "JT" Jordan, Jr. and Mary Louise Jordan; and his brother Donald Wayne Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kay "Patty" Jordan; his sons, Michael John Jordan (Anne) and Donald Shawn Jordan (Amy); his grandchildren, Hallie Ray Jordan Weilenman (Zack), Ashley Taylor Jordan, John Thomas Jordan, Elisabeth Grace Jordan, John Wilson Jordan and Molly Anne Jordan; his great grandchild Shields Christopher Weilenman; his sibling's children, Michael Shawn Jordan (Nickie) and Melissa Jordan Sexton; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Liliana, Layne, Callie, Paislee and Levi.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in Johnny's memory can be made to the Benevolence Fund at Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church or the Salvation Army.
