He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Belle Parris and Lewis Samuel Adams; and his children, Teresa Wagner and Greg Lusby. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Adams; his children, Lisa Agee (Skip), Donna Moore and Lewis Adams (Sandra); and his siblings, Karen Stoops, Alvin Adams (Brenda) and Mike Sudduth. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the LeCompte Johnson Taylor Funeral Home (1725 Louisville Rd, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
