He was predeceased by: his father George Daniels; and his sister Phyllis Martin. He is survived by: his wife Kay Daniels; his sons, Stephen Daniels (Angel) and Chris Daniels; his grandchildren, Emma Kate, Tilley Anne Daniels and Caleb Thomas; and his brothers, Mike Daniels (Cheri) and Bill Daniels (Julie). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
