He is survived by: his children, Lawrence Michael Blevins (Michele), Patrick Larue Blevins (Sharon) and Rebecca Lynn Blevins (Scott Barrass); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Alvey (Andrew), Shelby Hart (Luke), Hillary Flynn (Brandon), Zachary Durham (Jordan), Sarah Peach (Tristan) and Rachel Cossey (Trey); his great grandchildren, Baron, Evelyn, Claire, Emma, Jackson, Graham, Zoey and Wrenley; his sister-in-law Judy Adkins; and his nephew Nick Blevins.
