He was predeceased by: his parents, Roe Hurst Carmack and Verdie Mae Couch Carmack; and his siblings, Dewey Lee Carmack and Lorene Williams. He is survived by: his children, Lesa Willard, Tessa Loman (Albert) and Shannon Carmack (Jennifer); his siblings, Cooper Carmack, John Carmack, Easter Spencer (Charles) and Jackie McDonald (Don); and his former wife Debbie Carmack. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
