He is survived by : his wife Janice Williams Marshall; his children, Kem Marshall and Mac Marshall (Sarah); his grandchildren, Ellie Adcock, David Marshall, Jr., Charlie Marshall and Sam Marshall; and his brother E. David Marshall. He is also survived by many close friends and classmates.
