He was predeceased by: his father Chester Clay Goins. He is survived by: his children, Dallas Grant Goins, Amy Michelle Lee and Jessika Marie Goins; and his siblings, Wayne Rucker, Jane Hosley (Gregg), Christie Wells and Linda Wells. He is also survived by his grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
