She was predeceased by : her parents, Roe Carmack and Verdie Mae Carmack (Couch); her husband Denny F. Williams; and her former life partner Michael K. Sanford. She is survived by : her children, William Eugene Sanford (Julie Sanford), Melinda Kay Sanford and James Ray Sanford (Mary Sanford); and her siblings, Easter Carmack Spencer (Charles Spencer), Jacqualine Carmack McDonald (Donald McDonald), Leroe Carmack, Cooper Carmack and John Carmack. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
