She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Nethery and Iva Lawrence Nethery; her former husband Joseph William Stewart; and her daughter Joetta Gay. She is survived by: her son William Lauren Stewart (Melva) of Peytona; her grandsons, Evan Stewart of New York and Keegan Gay (Luke Sanders) of Louisville; and her son-in-law Steve Gay of Louisville.
