He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis Ryan Hugg and Ethel Sears Hugg; his wife Virginia Rawlings Hugg; his brother John M. Hugg; and his daughter Amey C. Hugg.
He is survived by : his son Jason (Sonya); and his sister Johanna Elgin. He is also survived by two step-grandchildren, two nieces and two nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Bluegrass Council of the Blind.
