She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. Bryant and Dorothy Davis Bryant; her husband Carl Mitchell, Jr.; her brother Albert; and her sister-in-law Wanda Bryant.
She is survived by: her sisters, Sharan Bryant of Florida and Karan Sullivan of Florida; her children, Glenn Mitchell (Marlana), Carla Gillion (Tom) and Lou Anne Mitchell; her grandchildren, Kristin Barnes (Todd) and Grant Gillion; her great grandchildren, Makena, Rylan, Talan, Kaedyn, Nolan Gillion, Annabelle and Beau Barnes; and her caregivers, Judy Anderson, Stephanie Cartwright, Mary Barber and Tasha Hopper.
She specified "not too many flowers, just memorials to Highland Christian Church, if people want.". In keeping with her wishes, memorials may be made to Highland at 265 Versailles Rd., Frankfort.
