He was predeceased by: his father George Devers. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Kelly Devers; his children, Mary Ann Kelly (Bill), Jill Bishop, Rhonda Sowder, Jeffrey Dean Devers (Donna) and Allen Perkins; his sister-in-law Belinda Kelly; and his grandchildren, Connie Sester (Mike), Kayla Higgins (Jacob Flygstad), Shanna Turner (Jacob), Angela McDonald (Jeremy Wilburn), Wyatt Bishop and Landon "Speedy" Bishop. He is also survived by his 19 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Midway Baptist Church Building Fund.
