We are sad to announce that, on February 14, 2023, at the age of 76, Madleen Parker Perkins of Frankfort, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Parker and Ruth Conway Parker. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Perkins of Frankfort; her children, Lisa Taber of Ohio, Michael Perkins of Frankfort and Larry Perkins (Denise) of Frankfort; her sister Barbara Hisle of Mt. Sterling; and her grandchildren, Shelly Willoughby, Dylan Taber, Jacob Perkins, Eric Taber, Kyle Perkins, Ryan Perkins, Reagan Perkins, Haley Perkins and Truman Perkins. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests. Memorial Contributions be made to Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church, 495 Duckers Rd, Midway, KY 40347.
