She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Green and Frances Eldridge; and her son Richard Allen Smither (Robert Ellis Lewis, Jr.). She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Smither (Brock), Robert Allen Lewis and Scotty Smither (Renee); her siblings, Sandy Gosney, Dudley Thomas Green and Junior Woods; and her grandchildren, Bobby Scott, Savannah, Bailey, Matt and Whitley. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home (312 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
