She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Rose Pyles Perry and Leslie Leroy "Bud" Perry; her husband Louis Carroll O'Day; her son Shane Allen Taylor; her brothers, Richard Leon Perry and David Leroy Perry; and her sisters-in-law, Virgie Perry and Brenda Hamilton Perry.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carolyn Stevens (David) of Frankfort, Kentucky and Glenn Delbert Perry of Milton, Kentucky; and her sisters-in-law, Thelma Perry of Hanover and Janet O'Day Weber (Walter) of Milton, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Corn Creek Baptist Church or the Jefferson County Animal Shelter.
