She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Jr. Taylor and Helen Taylor; her husband Allen Louis Reed; and her children, Donna Reed Murphy (Carl), Allen "Pete" Reed and Rodney "Toot" Reed.

She is survived by: her son William Patrick Reed Sr.; and her grandchildren, Monica Murphy Porter (Chase), William Patrick Reed Jr., Renee Reed, Carla Murphy, Lakan Hunter (Alex) and Kirsten Reed. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (100 Clinton St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
