She was predeceased by: her husband Steven Warfield; and her parents, Ernest Gayhart and Lois Lorraine Hamrick Gayhart. She is survived by: her children, Beth Ann Alford (Nick), Amy Marie Burns, Mason Alan Kasinger (Jessica) and Quentin Lee Gayhart Kasinger (Mattie); her grandchildren, Kinsley Payton Alford, Evan Andrew Alford, Annastyn Kate Alford, Hudson Myles Alford, Braelin Jade Burns, Lincoln Samuel Burns, Corbin Steven Kasinger and Gavin Jack Kasinger; and her siblings, Joy Broughton, Betty Martin, Grace Atteberry, Paul Gayhart, Joe Gayhart and Manuel Gayhart. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
