It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Stivers of Frankfort, Kentucky, born in Corbin, Kentucky, who passed away on April 21, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Murl R. Simons,; her siblings, Marilyn Kenworthy (Gerald) of Ohio, Murl R. Simons, Jr. of Ky and Roger Dale Simons of Ohio; and her close friend Mary Weghorn of Frankfort.
She is survived by: her daughters, Floretta Mills of Frankfort and Mona Watson (David) of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Patricia Freeman (D'Aundra) and Christian Watson of Frankfort; her great grandchildren, Cedrick of Frankfort, C'Aundra of Frankfort and Cedrien of Frankfort; and her siblings, Fred Sealy (Lena) of Corbin, David Simons (Faye) of Florida, Haywood Simons of North Carolina, Diana Abner (Jeff), Rosetta Simons of McKee and Loretta Brown (Simons) of Ky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
