She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Samuels and Emma Lee West Samuels; her husband William Bailey; her children, Richard Tillman, Patricia Tillman and Michael Wayne Tillman; and her siblings, Willie Boffman, Emma Jackson, Dora Lee Samuels and Nora Mae Wideman.
She is survived by: her children, Frank O. Tillman, Jr. (Patricia), Betsy Bowen (Michael, Sr), Dianglo Santana, Debra Tillman (Henry), Nancy Tillman (Greg Clay), George O. Tillman, Ricky Tillman (Shawn), Dora Anne Whitley (Darryl) and Barbara Jackson; her sister Thelma "Dolly" Taul; her grandchildren, Santino Tillman and Michael Wayne Blake; and her friend Ila "Louise" Tyree. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
