He is survived by: his mother Donna Carolyn True Banks; his wife Donna Wheeler Banks; his son Zachary Neal Banks; his grandchildren, Ashton, Alana and Adilyn; his siblings, Steve Banks (Kay), Marshall Banks (Jennifer), John Banks (Kathy) and Melinda McDonald (Terry); and his mother-in-law Alice Margaret Wheeler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
