We announce the death of Michael David Triplett of Frankfort, Kentucky, who passed away on July 5, 2026, at the age of 79. Michael will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Michael will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Michael’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Geneva Graves Vaughan and Harry Gipson Triplett; and his daughter Tiffany Nicole Triplett. He is survived by: his significant other Kaye Barber Triplett; his son Jeremy Stewart Triplett (Julia); his granddaughters, Harper Kate Triplett and Reagan Blair Triplett; and his sister Patsy Triplett Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
