He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Sebastian and Eula Mae Bowling Sebastian; his brother Wilson Sebastian II; and his grandson Jay. He is survived by: his wife Patti; and his children, Joshua, Michael and Erica. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a wide circle of extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home (312 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
