He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Newnam; his wife Elizabeth Jennings Newman; and his great grandchild Lincoln Ortega. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Traylor and Shirley Vance; his siblings, Harold Newnam, Macie Newman (Lora) and Janice Cohorn (Dallas); his grandchildren, Elizabeth McGrapth, Dillon Traylor and Andrew Vance (Victoria); and his great grandchildren, Braxton McGrapth, Harper Traylor, Cheyann Traylor, Izzibella Vance, Lyndon Vance and Marianna Vance.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Bluegrass Hospice Care or the Ronald McDonald House.
