She was predeceased by: her father Albert Hazlett. She is survived by: her children, David Michael Harrod (Stephanie), Tammie Loretta Woolums (Terry) and Charlotte Jean Ruble (Jeff); her sisters, Brenda Patrick and Ruby McQuerry; and her grandchildren, Lindsay Harrod, David Woolums and Caleb Ruble.
