She was predeceased by: her parents, J. T. Noel and Illa Virginia Bandy Noel; her husband William Oatts McClure (Bill); her siblings, Paul Thomas Noel, Sandra Kay Noel and Deborah Lynn Redmon; and her niece Kaitlin Alyssa Thomas.
She is survived by: her sisters, Geraldine Girtley, Maxine Redmon of Frankfort, Kentucky and Brenda Gaddie (Jerry) of Buffalo, Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Midway First Presbyterian Church or the Capital City Activity Center in Frankfort.
