He was predeceased by: his mother Nola "Nana" Root Faris; his wife Laura H. Faris; and his son Nathan Faris. He is survived by: his sons, Andy Faris (Cynthia) and Philip Faris; and his grandsons, Aaron Faris and Bradley Faris.
