She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Lewis of Frankfort and Donna Lewis of Frankfort; her daughter-in-law Lisa Lewis of Lexington; her siblings, Pamela Polly (Don) of Frankfort and Tommy Leitch (Linda) of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Kristina Drake (Josh) of Versailles and Benjamin Lewis of Lexington; and her great grandchildren, Micah Drake and Riley Drake.
