He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his daughters, Kelli Blackburn, Heather Morris (Jason) and Ashlee Larson (Jake); his grandchildren, Jordyn Bivens (Patrick Hydes), Hallie Noftsger (Dylon Bayman) of Dublin, OH, Kylee Morris, Olivia Noftsger, Tatum Larson, Chloe Morris and Christopher Morris; his great grandchildren, Benson and Hollyn Hydes; and his siblings, Tony Blackburn, Regina Caldwell (Dickie) and Susan Blackburn. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces and nephews; and his innumerable friends.
