He was predeceased by: his father Howard Peffer Sr.; his brother Richard "Ricky" Peffer; and his grandson Blain. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lewis Peffer; his wife Trita Spaulding Peffer; his children, Stacy Millay Nicholasville (David), Renee Peffer, Bethany Howard (Derrick), Brittany Gipson and Christian "Bub" Willoughby; his siblings, Karen Peffer and Howard "Bucky" Peffer; and his grandchildren, Cody, Christian Tyler, Austin, Korei, Truston, Max, Molly "Woman" and Row. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
