He is survived by: his parents, Charles E. Smith and Patricia Triplett Smith; his son Shayne Allen Smith; his sister Jennifer Lewis-Bass (Stephen); his half-brother Charles "Chuck" Smith; his grandchildren, Abigail Smith, Isabella Smith-Hackworth, Noah Smith and Triston Smith; his great grandchildren, Lennon Wyatt, Bailee Smith and Alayna Smith; his niece Andrea Lewis-Womack (Seth); his great-nephew Dylan Womack; and his great-niece Delaney Womack. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
