Raymond Lewis Ritchie Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Raymond Lewis Ritchie of Frankfort, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 14, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oda Ritchie and Elizabeth Manns Ritchie; and his wife Mary Faye Markland Ritchie. He is survived by: his children, Sonja Ritchie (Lisa), Buddy Ritchie (Laketa) and John Martin, Jr. (Ashley); his siblings, Stanley Ritchie (Linda) and Catherine Cloyd; his grandchildren, J. T. Riddle (Alex), Ryan Martin (Ashley), Lakenzie Ritchie and Caroline Martin; and his great grandchildren, Kaelee Riddle and Ryleigh Riddle.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home (312 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
