He is survived by: his son Thomas Cole Sharpe of Lexington; his sisters, Debbe Sharpe Dedman (Tom) and Becke Sharpe McGaughey (Steve); his nephews, Jake Heustis (Ali), Nolan McGaughey (Lauren) and Brad McGaughey (Kristin); his great-nephews, Wilder Heustis, Boone, Ziggy McGaughey and Townes Bowker; his pet Nina; and also Stephanie McGaughey-Bowker (Andrew).
