She was predeceased by: her mother Jannis Hill Swan. She is survived by: her father Richard Swan; her son Josh Lewis; her stepchildren, Breanna Dean (Jamie) and Dylan Jones; her grandchildren, Baron Dean and Teagan Dean; her brothers, David Swan and Peter Swan (Brandy); and her friend Christy Todd.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holly Hill Church of Christ (1020 Holly Hill Dr, Frankfort, KY 40601-6134). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
