We are sad to announce that, on June 18, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Richard Lyle Harter (Frankfort, Kentucky), born in Des Moines, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Audra Campbell and Dale Harter; and his brother Ralph Harter. He is survived by: his daughter Anne Colly Rose (John); his granddaughter Elly Rose Edwards (Zachary); and his sister-in-law Fern Harter. He is also survived by nieces and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Remembrance Trust Fund at South Frankfort Presbyterian Church or Bluegrass Care Navigators (Hospice of the Bluegrass).
