She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Evans, Jr. and Maggie Lee Outlaw Musick; and her brother Rick Johnson. She is survived by: her siblings, Denise Bingham (Clarence), Michael Johnson (Becky) and Steve Johnson (Linda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and one great-great nephew.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Children's Church at Capital City Christian Church or Bluegrass Hospice Care.
