He is survived by : his children, Chad Downey (Tammy) and Theresa Willoughby Jacobs (Charlie); his grandchildren, Johnathan Ballard, Justin Downey, Kailyn Willoughby and Kody Jacobs; his great grandchild Lukas Ballard; his sister Patty Todd; and his friend Sandra Perry. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
