He was predeceased by: his brother Doug Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Spencer; his mother Dorothy Spencer; his sister Angie Spencer; and his pet Mina.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Juniper Hills Park - Jack Williams (800 Louisville Rd #4, Frankfort, KY 40601).
