Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rose Estill Whalin of Frankfort, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 94, on June 29, 2022. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Douglas Estill and Ethel Terry Estill; her husband Wallace; and her children, Margaret Hensler Beaty (Ed) of Cicero, IN and Wallace Terry Whalin (Christine) of Denver, CO. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Capital City Christian Church or the Franklin Co. Humane Society.
