She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Tincher and Mabel Sharp Tincher; her husband John Edward Tomlinson Jr.; and her siblings, Geraldine Street and Tim Tincher.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Liebman (David Conway) and John Andrew "Jadie" Tomlinson (Cathy); her sisters, Bonnie Alley of Frankfort and Henrietta Evans of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Jennie Liebman Heiert, Joe Liebman (Adrienne), David Liebman (Sammie), Ben Liebman (Chandler Curry), Kelsey Tomlinson and Drew Tomlinson (Courtney Alexander); and her great grandchildren, William Lewis Heiert, Arthur Edward Liebman and Hazel Marie Tomlinson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Rose's memory to either the American Diabetes Association (PO Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116)) or the Golisano Children's at UK Philanthropy (PO Box 910628, Lexington, KY 40591).
