Visitation was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Midland First Church of God (11479 US-60, Salt Lick, KY 40371). A memorial service was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
