Greer of Frankfort, Kentucky, born in Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on March 4, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Lacy Blackburn. She is survived by : her mother Barbara Lynn Black Hall; her son-in-law Jason Hogan of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Kiera and Isaiah Hogan; and her siblings, Gia Barnes (Scotty) of Rockport and Jason Blackburn (Terry) of Beaver Dam.
