She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha B. Moreland Baldwin and Elmo L. Baldwin; her husband Joseph Donald Sames; her son Joseph Donald Sames Jr.; and her siblings, James Lewis Baldwin (Nancy), Joyce B. Logan (Charles) and Jerry Baldwin (Sue).
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Alan Sames (Michelle) and Kevin Baldwin Sames (Karen); and her grandchildren, Jeff and Quinn Burrus Sames (Adrian). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Clark Legacy Center - Frankfort (3000 Versailles Rd, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (3250 Versailles Rd, Frankfort, KY 40601).
