He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lantz and Myrtle Custer Lantz. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Lantz; his children, Charles Chase Lantz and Tracy Lantz Sheets (Jeff); his brothers, Bill Lantz and Rick Lantz; his grandchildren, Little River Lantz, Charlie Lantz and Emily Blake Slone (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Grayson McDaniel, Colt Slone and Shade Slone.
