He was predeceased by : his father William J. "Buddy" Warfield; his brother Ricky Warfield; his grandparents, Carrie, Joe Warfield, Onie Samples (Jesse) and Emmit Woolums; and his mother-in-law Lois Gayhart.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Elizabeth Gayhart Warfield; his children, Beth Ann Alford (Nick), Amy Marie Burns, Mason Alan Kasinger (Jessica Beeler) and Quentin Lee Gayhart-Kasinger (Mattie); his grandchildren, Kinsley Payton Alford, Evan Andrew Alford, Annastyn Kate Alford, Hudson Myles Alford, Braelin Jade Burns and Lincoln Samuel Burns; his mother Ann Heilman; his stepfather Jeff Heilman; and his siblings, Randy Broyles (Tammy), Charlene Broyles Sowder (Mike), Angela Kays, Stephanie Tindall Riddle (Mike) and Liz Wooten.
