She is survived by: her husband Donnie Carpenter; her daughters, Christina Long, Stephanie Carpenter, Danna Couch-Cox and Bethany Courtney; and her siblings, Pam Cox, David Eastman and Phillip Eastman Jr.. She is also survived by many friends and family.
