He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Trivette and Maurice Trivette; and his brothers, Billy Joe Trivette and Dale Trivette. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Trivette (Sue), Phil Trivette (Mary) and Maureen Prather (Tom); his wife Sabina; his children, Samuel Trivette, Laura Downs (Zack) and Alane Foley (Harold); his grandchildren, Levi Downs, Kayla Mason, Maclan Foley, Hunter Downs, Patrick Foley and Peyton Foley; and his great grandchildren, Mason Morris, Naomi Ritchey, Hadley Richerson and Holsen Richerson.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home (312 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Bluegrass Hospice Care or Bleeding Disorders of Kentucky.
