She was predeceased by: her spouse V. O. "Barney" Barnard, Jr.. She is survived by: her son V. O. "Tad" Barnard, III; her sisters, Pat O'Rear Perry and Nancy O'Rear Dunstall; her children, Pat Barnard, Lee Barnard and Jim Barnard; her daughter-in-law Carla West Barnard; and her grandchildren, Katherine Barnard Secrist, V. O. "Ty" Barnard, IV, Anna Barnard LeMay (Sam) and James O. "Jas" Barnard, Jr.. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and several much-loved nieces and nephews.
