She was predeceased by: her parents, William Isaac Fields and Mattie Robinson. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Walker and William S. Walker Jr. (Blaine); her brother James "Joe G" Jackson (Carolyn) of Frankfort, KY.; her grandchildren, Mico Wells (Ashley) of Louisville, Georan Cardwell, Brianna Walker and Kaylynn of Frankfort; and her great grandchildren, Braylen, Kyran, Maxton and Avianna. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society.
